Rangers were beaten 36-4 by Pilkington Recs at Lee Moor on Saturday.

Stanley's Craig Williamson crossed the line in the closing seconds to give the home side their points but a big two tiry and six goals performance from Rec's Danny Lynch contributed to the visitors win. Other tries came from Greg Smith (2) and John Rees and Ben Gravener.

This coming weekend - 2nd August - there are no fixtures owing to the quarter finals of the Conference Challenge Trophy.
