In appalling conditions, both teams attempted to play expansive rugby but it was the home side who booked their place in the semi final of the Brian McDermott Cup.

Crigglestone/Kettlethorpe led 18-0 at half time and improved their score in the second half with tries from Miller and Williamson and a penalty from Miller. Man of the Match Ryan Horsley added a try but Rangers were rewarded for their hard work in the later stages of the second half with a converted try from Callum Hutton.
